Active Clergy & Lay Employees

Retired Clergy and Surviving Spouses

MES Vision

Blue Shield plans include a full service vision plan that includes annual exams and allowances towards glasses and contacts. Kaiser Permanente plans include a materials only plan with allowances towards glasses and contacts. Click here to learn more about the vision plan.

MetLife Dental
