The Kaiser Permanente Retiree Group plan includes MetLife Dental coverage, which covers two cleanings per year and discounted rates for most other services. This is a PPO plan, however costs will be lower for an in-network dentist. ID cards are not issued, as the dentist can find your registration with MetLife through your name, birth date, or social security number.
